When we quiet our thoughts and engage in introspective listening, we become more receptive to our own intuition and feelings. Try to practice listening without judgement this week.
Truly listening is a skill with many benefits and applications. To give other our full attention is a great gift; we need to stop thinking about ourselves so much. Quieting our own thoughts allows us to hear what others are saying. People also speak to us with facial expressions and body language. When we are really paying attention, we learn so much more from another person.
