ACTION PLAN

By taking new actions, we can choose and experience new ways of thinking and being. You can approach this as a 12 day experiment, or a 12 week practice. It is possible that after 12 days, you may want to try the 12 week version.  We'd love to hear about your experiences with these practices, and any stories you have about practicing, experiencing, and observing kindness.
