Reaching out to help others where possible is a large part of kindness in practice.
When we focus less on ourselves and more on the needs of others, we feel better. Small daily actions like holding the door for someone, helping out at home, or letting someone go in front of us in traffic do make a difference.
We don't have to do something really big to impact the world in a positive way.
This week, try to ask yourself: "How can I help?"
