Ask another person how they are, and listen carefully.
Be Kind to yourself in your thoughts.
Give someone a sincere compliment.
Surprise someone by doing one of their usual tasks for them.
It feels good to be kind, and you can make a difference by choosing to be kind. Try to sprinkle in kind acts all throughout your day, just because you can!
