Getting Started

By taking new actions, we can choose and experience new ways of thinking and being. You can approach this as a 6 day experiment, or a 6 week practice. It is possible that after 6 days, you may want to try the 6 week version.  We'd love to hear about your experiences with these practices, and any stories you have about practicing, experiencing, and observing kindness.
